PROF. SRDJAN STANKOVIĆ INVITED LECTURE

Prof. dr Srdjan Stanković was invited speaker at the 4th Mediterranean Conference on Embedded Computing (MECO 2015). MECO is an International Scientific Forum aimed to present and discuss the leading achievements in the modeling, analysis, design, validation and application of embedded computing systems. The topic of Prof. Stanković‘s presentation was related to the Compressive Sensing field: “Compressive sensing: Theory, Algorithms and Applications”. A large number of eminent researchers and scientists working in the signal processing field were present at the presentation. Therefore, this was a great opportunity to introduce the Compressive Sensing field to the wider scientific community. During the presentation, Prof. Stanković also presented CS-ICT project: concepts, ideas and scientific results achieved from the beginning of the project. The presentation opened discussions about further research activities and possible applications of the achieved results. The eminent scientists working in signal processing field shown great interest to establish collaboration with our research group in the next period.
