PARTICIPATION TO THE MECO 2016 CONFERENCE
12th - 16th June 2016, Bar, Montenegro
CS-ICT project team members participated to the 5th Mediterranean Conference on Embedded Computing-MECO 2016. MECO is an International Scientific Forum aimed to present and discuss the leading achievements in the modeling, analysis, design, validation and application of embedded computing systems. MECO 2016 continuously provides an opportunity for scientists, engineers and researchers to discuss new applications, design problems, ideas, solutions, research and development results, experiences and work-in-progress in this important technological area.
In the light of CS-ICT project, the participation to this conference was important for establishing the collaboration with the participants belonging to the same or similar research field as CS-ICT project group. Prof. Dr. Srdjan Stankovic was a Chair of the session devoted to Compressive Sensing. Several papers were presented at the Conference: 4 regular and 6 student papers. It was also a great opportunity to present the CS-ICT project, disseminate the ideas and goals of the project, as well as results achieved so far. The Special session was organized at the Conference for the presentation of the Montenegrin research projects, and CS-ICT project was presented during this session. During the conference, the team members presented the three books authored by the CS-ICT researchers, with the content related to the achievements during the CS-ICT project implementation.
