Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council (MFIC) is an association of leading foreign investors in Montenegro established as non-government and non-profit organization whose members represent various commercial sectors such as banking and financial sector, sector of telecommunications, tourism and hotel management, consumer goods and manufacturing sector, as well as auditing and transport sector. This year, within their annual activities MFIC has started the first Program of cooperation with Universities that aims to contribute to education which is recognized as the future of Montenegro and its economy.

The meeting of MFIC’s representatives with researchers and students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Montenegro, will be organized in the frame of the Program, as a part of Fore-Mont project activities. According to the one of the Fore-Mont project’s objectives to contribute in establishing stronger relations with companies from the region, this meeting will be an opportunity to discuss the investment potential of Montenegro, as well as the previous experience of the MFIC and possibilities of improving the investment environment and the labor market in Montenegro.

The meeting will be held on 28th of October 2014 from 12:00 to 14:00 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Montenegro (Address: Bulevar Džordža Vašingtona bb, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro). The panelists from MFIC will be Mr. Ruediger Schulz, Chairman of the Assembly of MFIC (and member of the Advisory Board of the Fore-Mont project), and Mr. Szabolcs Horvath, member of the Assembly of MFIC and Chief Executive Officer of CKB (Monteneagrin commercial bank).
