Learning outcomes:

After the student passes this exam, he/she will be able to: - distinguish basic types of change, - explain different concepts and theories used in change management, - discuss the possible consequences of certain organizational changes, - apply theoretical knowledge to practical case studies and projects related to change management, - critically examines the incompatibility of employee roles, and the paradoxes that occur in the change management process, - analyzes the efficiency and effectiveness of different approaches to change management.
