Learning outcomes:

After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: master basic concepts of Constitutional Law and define constitutional statics, ie. have the knowledge about concepts and the categories of constitutions in general and in comparative law and constitutional dynamics, ie. adoption, change and implementation of constitution; learns courses of development of constitutionalism in the world and in our country, to explain and comparatively bridge basic constitutional principles and institutions in comparative constitutional systems, particularly European countries; compare and precisely interpret solutions on human rights, freedom and obligations in the Constitution of MNE and the European Convention and adopt knowledge about minority rights according to the Constitution of MNE; master knowledge about the constitutional development of Montenegro and realize basic principles of the constitutional order and the Constitution of Motnenegro; debate about constitutional institutions of Montenegro, Montenegro’s Assembly, Montenegro’s government, the president of Montenegro and the judicial power and get to know the statics and dynamics, ie. the revision form of the Constitution of Montenegro; explain news of amendmands in the Constitution of Montenegro, especially the specificity of elections for judges and prosecutors in Montenegro; debate about Rule of Law and the role and constitutional position of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro; explain constitutional principles of local government in Montenegro.
