UPRAVNO PRAVO

After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: explain the system and basic institutes of Administrative Law; explain the connection of the administrative governing branch with the legislative and judicial government; correctly interpret regulations from the domain of administration labour and determine which are relevant for resolving sprecific cases; apply adequate regulation on concrete administration matter and to understand interconnection of basic institutes of the Administrative Law; explain the principles and labour control mechanisms of government bodies, their logic and significance.
