KARAKTERIZACIJA MATERIJALA

After successful completion of this course, students will be able to classify techniques for material characterization, present geometric optics and physical optics, apply optical microscopy techniques, explain electron diffraction, demonstrate knowledge of electron microscopy (SEM and TEM), apply stereological analysis; explain thermal analysis; correctly chooses the method for material characterization.
