After passing the exam, the student should be able to: 1. Master basic terms in the field of German grammar (phonetics, morphology, syntax). 2. Explain the phonetic properties of German sounds. 3. Be able to construct and use all verb tenses in the German language. 4. Recognize word types in the German language and correctly use different word forms in communication. 5. Properly decline nouns according to grammatical categories (gender, number, case).
