After the student passes this exam, he/she will be able to: 1. Defines basic terms in the field of simple sentence syntax; 2. Recognizes the structure of a simple sentence, typology, subdivision, nominalization, sentence constituents; 3. Adopts the syntactic norm is applied; 4. Analyzes texts of all functional styles with regard to the syntactic level of a simple sentence; 5. Uses knowledge of simple sentence syntax in oral and written communication.
