Rođena 15. marta 1981. godine u Postojni, Slovenija. Nakon završetka Filološke gimnazije diplomirala na Pravnom fakultetu u Podgorici 2003. godine. Magistrirala 2007. godine na Fakultetu političkih nauka u Podgorici radom na temu Političke partije i poslanički mandat u sistemu parlamentarne reprezentacije. Doktorirala u februaru 2012. godine temom Birači u Crnoj Gori: Faktori partijske i izborne preferencije na Fakultetu političkih nauka Univerziteta Crne Gore. Postdoktorsko istraživanje obavila na Univerzitetu u Bolonji...
