After successfully completing this course, students will be able to: 1. Understand the main points of clearly pronounced input in standard Italian, on topics related to the current events. 2. Understand the main points of text written in standard Italian. 3. Produce simple and concise text on familiar topics, or on topics elaborated in class 4. Describe an event in simple terms and briefly express their view on a familiar topic.
