Based on the Inter-Institutional Agreement signed within the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Programme, the University of Montenegro announces a Call for Applications for Student Mobility for the summer semester 2025/26.
General Information
- Who can apply: Students of the Faculty of Political Science
- Study levels: Bachelor and Master
- Available mobility places: 0312 Political Science: 3 mobilities 1 additional mobility for a student with fewer opportunities
- Financial support: The mobility is funded by the receiving institution (University of Opole)
- Mobility period: Summer semester 2025/26
- Application deadline: October 15, 2025

Submit the required documents (see below) as a single PDF file to the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation at your faculty by the deadline.
Required Documents (Bachelor and Master students)
- Certificate of average grade and English translation
- Copy of the most recent diploma (if available)
- Proof of current enrolment and English translation
- Proof of language proficiency (English or language of instruction) – minimum B2 level
- CV in Europass format
- Motivation Letter in English (Master students applying for research/thesis must specify their research topic and provide relevant details.)
- Short recommendation letter from the academic supervisor – only for Master students applying for research/thesis work
- Draft Learning Agreement – prepared together with the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation, including a preliminary list of courses to be taken at the receiving institution. The initial version must be approved or signed at the application stage. Must be submitted for review at least one week before the application deadline.
- Proof of extracurricular activities (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of the passport (first page)
- Declaration on Participation in Erasmus+ Mobility (Annex 1)
- Declaration on Fewer Opportunity Status (Annex 2) – only if applicable
Important Notes
- Students may apply to a maximum of three partner universities during one semester.
- In case of withdrawal, the applicant must inform the International Relations Office (IRO).
- If accepted by multiple universities, the student must choose one option and notify the IRO within 5 working days.
- Document translations do not need to be certified by a sworn translator at the application stage.
- According to Erasmus+ rules, students may participate in mobility for up to 12 months per study cycle.
- Priority will be given to students with fewer opportunities, including those who:
- have physical or mental disabilities
- suffer from chronic diseases
- come from a low socio-economic background
- live in rural areas
- belong to the RAE (Roma, Ashkali, Egyptian) community
- are parents
- Bachelor students may apply after completing their first year of study.
- Students must apply within their current study cycle (e.g., students in the final year of Bachelor studies cannot apply for mobility in the first semester of Master studies).
- After the call is closed, each faculty will prepare a ranking list of nominated students, following the Rectors Decision 01-1764/1 from March 14, 2024, on selection criteria for Erasmus+ mobility. The University Mobility Committee will confirm the final list of nominated candidates and send it to the receiving institution, which will make the final decision on acceptance.
- If a student receives a scholarship offer from the receiving institution, they are obliged to:
- Notify their Vice-Dean for International Cooperation and the IRO
- Proceed with further application procedures as instructed by the host university (e.g., online registration, submission of additional documents, etc.)
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
