The total number of vacancies in each study program increased by 1% per affirmative action principle.
Applications for the competition will be submitted on Wednesday and Thursday, August 28th and 29th, 2019, until 15:00h.
The Montenegrin citizen and foreigner, in accordance with the law, who has acquired the relevant qualifications IV-1 of the National Qualifications Framework, have the right to apply for the study program.
In addition to the application form, the applicant shall attach the following documents:
- the original diploma of the passed external high school exam or professional examination;
- original certificates of completion of individual secondary education classes;
- diploma ‘Luča’ or equivalent diploma;
- a copy of the biometric identity card and, for foreigners, the relevant identity document issued in accordance with a special regulation;
- diploma (or equivalent document) of the first or second prize won at the national or
international competition in subjects that are important for continuing education.
A foreigner also submits proof of knowledge of the language in which the studies are conducted, except when he / she graduated from high school in one of the official languages of Montenegro.
A person who has applied for recognition of a foreign educational document, and the procedure of recognition is not completed before the deadline for applying for enrollment, may conditionally apply for admission and enroll on the basis of confirmation that the process of recognition has been initiated with the competent authority. In case the application for recognition of a foreign educational document is not completed by the beginning of the academic year, is rejected or if the foreign educational document provides the right to enroll in a specific study program of the University, the enrollment will not be considered even completed.
In case the candidate submits duplicates instead of the required original documents, he / she is obliged to sign a statement when submitting the documents that he / she did not use the original documents for the right to enroll in another study program. A candidate who makes an incorrect statement will be eliminated from the qualification process.
The tests in two subjects relevant for the continuation of education for candidates who did not have the external high school exam or vocational exam will take place on Thursday, August 29th.
Entrance exams for the faculties and academies that organize them, which are additional requirements for admission, will be taken according to the schedule, which will be displayed on the bulletin boards of university units, on Friday and Monday, August 30th and September 2nd.
Candidate admission and certification will be completed on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019, at 15:00h.
The enrollment of students at the University of Montenegro is more closely regulated by the Rulebook on Closer Terms, Criteria and Procedure for Enrollment in the first year of undergraduate studies of the University of Montenegro (Bulletin UoM, No.432 / 18).
