Call to academic staff: Application for development of joint Ulysseus courses
Based on its membership in the Ulysseus Alliance, the University of Montenegro invites academic staff to apply and participate in the call for the creation of new online learning opportunities and enhancement or improvement of existing courses in collaboration with professors from partner universities.
The Ulysseus small grant for professors will provide support for the realization of innovative, creative, and collaborative ideas in designing and improving lectures and learning within the Ulysseus network of European universities by financing travel expenses for the cooperation and preparation of a joint course/subject.
The small grant will fund support for the development of two types of courses:
- COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) - Open to all, this is an innovative teaching method that connects two existing courses from different Ulysseus higher education institutions in a virtual manner. The course involves collaboration between two or more professors from partner universities within the Ulysseus alliance and joint work on the program and curriculum.
- Joint Virtual Courses - Joint virtual Ulysseus courses, open to staff involved in the development of already defined courses as part of the Ulysseus project.
How to apply:
- Fill out the registration form: Application for small grants for the development of joint Ulysseus courses.
To apply, professors who wish to enhance their course/subject need to find a partner for collaboration at one of the partner universities who teaches the same/similar subject, and together, create an enhanced online course that will be offered to Ulysseus alliance students through a shared, online classroom.
