FOR COLLECTING BIDS (TENDER) FOR LEASING IMMOVABLE PROPERTY - LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESTAURANT AND MOVABLE CATERING FACILITIES - COFFEE BARS AND PIZZERIA
The subject of the Public Invitation is the collection of bids for the lease of land - part of cadastral parcels number 1339/1 and 1339/3, registered in the list of real estate 974 KO Podgorica I, in the total area of 40 m2, at the location in George Washington Boulevard no. 90, Podgorica.
The minimum (initial) amount of rent, on the annual basis, is set at EUR 1,530.00.
The rent is paid at once, when concluding the land lease agreement.
The land is leased for a certain period of time, for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension, in accordance with the law.
The subject land is leased for the purpose of setting up a temporary facility - a summer garden in the function of a catering facility, and for the purpose of performing the activities of restaurants and mobile catering facilities - cafe bars and pizzerias. The arrangement and installation of the temporary facility will be defined by the lease agreement, in accordance with the urban and technical conditions.
The bidder may visit the subject land i.e perform on-site inspection, in the time during which the Public Invitation is open, on working days (Monday-Friday), in the period from 12.00 to 14.00, contact phone: 069 / 445- 345
The public call is open from the day of publication in the daily printed media distributed in Montenegro and on the website of the University of Montenegro www.ucg.ac.me, until March 1, 2022, until 14.00.
Bids shall be submitted by direct submission in a sealed envelope, marked "For Public Invitation No. 02/22 - DO NOT OPEN BEFORE PUBLIC OPENING OF BIDS", to the address: Rectorate of the University of Montenegro, Podgorica, Cetinjska No. 2, Archives Office, every working day from 10:00 to 14:00, ending March 1, 2022, until 14:00.
