University of Montenegro: Supreme Court of Montenegro Rejected Request by Prof. Radmila Vojvodic to Restore Rector Position

For purposes of complete informing the University of Montenegro points out that request related to establishing situation where prof. Radmila Vojvodic would get in the position to perform rector function with decision of the Supreme Court is finally rejected.

Herewith all previous decisions are confirmed made by the Basic and Higher Court that the most important request of Prof. Vojvodic is rejected hence the possibility to restore the function is deprived.    

Hence we state that the University of Montenegro received the ruling by Supreme Court number: Rev. br. 615/29 od 13.02.2020.god.

Moreover, also this time, the University of Montenegro takes the stance of principle not to comment decisions of state organs so this decision of Supreme Court is also with no comments made.   

Also, everything else requested by the Decision will be passed.

Since we on the University of Montenegro are convinced that dismissal decision is legal and justified, the University of Montenegro will implement legal sources at its disposal within legal deadline.
