XX Electronic Session of the Senate of the University of Montenegro Held

At today's electronic session of the Senate of the University of Montenegro, proposals on the appointment of review committees for promotion into titles to five organizational units of the University of Montenegro were adopted and the proposals of organizational units in the implementation of the procedure for obtaining academic title Doctor of Science for three candidates were considered.

The Senate, chaired by the Rector of the University of Montenegro, Danilo Nikolić, PhD, made the Decision on appointment of the members of the Review Committees forpromotion into title for nine scientific fields at organizational units of the University of Montenegro: the field of Sport Science at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education; areas of Finance and Accounting and Auditing at the Faculty of Economics; areas of Montenegrin / Serbian-South Slavic literature, Montenegrin-Montenegrin and English-English at the Faculty of Philology; field of Architectural Urban Planning and Design at the Faculty of Architecture; fields Plant Protection and Fruit Growing at the Biotechnical Faculty.

The Rector of the University of Montenegro announced that today at the session of the UMNE Senate proposals of organizational units in implementation of the procedure for obtaining academic title of Doctor of Science were considered, after which decisions were made: on appointment of a mentor, appointment of a committee on assessment of eligibility of doctoral thesis and candidates, determination of fulfillment conditions and appointment of a committee to evaluate one doctoral dissertation.
