Students Joined the Action of Olive Picking in Campus

Members of the Erasmus student network - ESN Podgorica (buddy students) and students from abroad joined the traditional olive picking event on the campus of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica, in which employees of the UMNE Rectorate participate.

On the Instagram profile of this student network, they pointed out that they used "this sunny day in a wonderful way." Part of the atmosphere, in the work action, we convey to you through their photos.

The olives will be used for the production of the university olive oil Oleum Olivarum, in accordance with the ecological standards of limited production and quality control carried out by the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Montenegro.

Buddy students or volunteers who support foreign students during their stay in our country, through this activity added a step more in building international friendship.

Olive trees on the campus of the University of Montenegro are also a symbol of international friendship because in the previous period they were planted, mostly by high dignitaries, on the occasion of jubilee celebrations, bilateral meetings and international gatherings.
