Welcome reception for Erasmus+ students

The previous week was dedicated to the Welcome Week for international students who will spend one or two semesters at the University of Montenegro.

The International Relations and Mobility Office held a Welcome Day for foreign students spending the winter semester of the academic year 2023/24 at the faculties of the University of Montenegro under the Erasmus+ mobility program.

The meeting with the students was an excellent opportunity to exchange impressions and experiences after the first few days in our country. The students were provided with the opportunity to learn more about the organization of the University of Montenegro and the education system, as well as to get answers to any questions regarding their stay in Montenegro.

Head of the International Relations and Mobility Office, Ana Dragutinović, welcomed the students and wished them a pleasant stay in Montenegro, as well as success in their future work.

During the meeting, the international Erasmus Student Network Podgorica was presented, along with their activities that will enrich the Erasmus experience for students at our university.

Incoming students had the opportunity to meet members of the ESN Podgorica network who will provide them with support and enhance their stay with numerous activities and gatherings.

The Office for International Cooperation also organized a Montenegrin language course for foreign students, which will be held twice a week this semester.

In the winter semester, the University of Montenegro hosts 19 students from six countries: France, Italy, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania.
