About the role:

In November 2022 the University of Montenegro (UoM) became a full member of the ULYSSEUS European University Alliance (www.ulysseus.eu). ULYSSEUS Alliance aims at becoming a European university for the citizens of the future by promoting mobility, joint degrees, corporate traineeships, and by implementing international research and innovative projects of great impact.

ULYSSEUS network is one of European Universities alliances supported by the European Commission in an effort to make such networks universities of the future. The Alliance is coordinated by the University of Seville, in collaboration with the University of Genova (Italy), University Cote d’Azur (France), Technical University in Kosice (Slovakia), Management Centre Insbruck (Austria), Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland), the University of Munster (Germany) and University of Montenegro.

Within the new phase of ULYYSUES, the University of Montenegro seeks the prospective applicants for the position of: ULYSSEUS INNOVATION HUB MANAGER.

 

Tasks

  • Setting up a space management and other management procedures for the Innovation Hub;
  • Providing information, sharing decisions and operational strategies and choices with Innovation Hub Scientific Manager, the Coordination Unit / Rectorate, University of Montenegro and other stakeholders on a regular basis;
  • Compiling status data from the Innovation Hub and the relatable work package; proactively detect scheduling or quality issues and make recommendations for and preventative measures;
  • Creating status reports for the Innovation Hub and assisting with the risk and change of management procedures;
  • Encouraging and monitoring the development and creation of deliverables;
  • Examining the effects of putting Innovation Hub activities (indicator tracking) into practice;
  • Creating and maintaining an effective channel of cooperation and communication between the Coordination Unit / Rectorate, University of Montenegro and the Innovation Hub;
  • Taking charge of carrying out the ULYSSEUS Master Plans for its Innovation Hubs at the operational and local levels;
  • Taking charge of the Innovation Hubs financial and administrative reports;
  • Other project activities.

Profile

  • As a minimum, higher education in the amount of 240 ECTS credits (VII-1 education qualification level);
  • Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of another EU language is an advantage;
  • IT literacy;
  • Experience in realization of international projects;
  • Communication and organizational abilities, oriented towards international cooperation;
