Call to Students to Apply for Helping the Elderly

The Ministry of Education invites all interested students to participate in the activity "Preparing and writing a story from life". The activity is intended to bring together young people (students) with users of the services of homes for the elderly in Montenegro:

PI Home of the Old "Podgorica",

PI Home of the elderly "Grabovac" Risan,

PI Home for the elderly "Bijelo Polje" and

PI Home of the old "Pljevlja".

We especially invite students living in cities: Podgorica, Bijelo Polje, Pljevlja, Kotor, Herceg-Novi, Tivat, Risan, to submit an application so that they will be able to personally visit the elderly person with whom they will work on the preparation of the story.

The goal of this activity is the promotion of joint learning and joint living of young people and people of an older age. Their joint work will result in a story from the life of the homes service users. All written stories will be published on the website of the Ministry of Education, which is dedicated to promoting the activities of all international programs: www.infoeduco.me. Also, all stories will be collected and published in print and online format.

The project foresees a symbolic fee for student participants in this activity.
