Experience the magic of "Hot Pot" with the Confucius Institute at UoM

The most successful participants of Chinese language courses and lovers of Chinese culture will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience at the culinary workshop organized by the Confucius Institute at UCG. We celebrate together your outstanding achievements in learning Chinese language and culture with a traditional Chinese "hot pot" meal, which will be a real gastronomic journey.

Hot pot, also known as "huǒ guō" in Chinese, is a popular Chinese dish consisting of hot soup to which various ingredients such as meat, vegetables, mushrooms, noodles and tofu are added. Each participant has the opportunity to personalize their meal to their own taste, which makes hot pot not only delicious, but also a social and interactive experience.
