Based on the institutional agreement for credit mobility concluded within the Erasmus + program, the University of Montenegro is announcing a competition for the mobility of teaching and non-teaching staff in the academic year 2023/24.

  • Who can apply: teaching and non-teaching staff of the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Philology, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, and staff of technical faculties
  • Area of teaching/professional development: business and administration, humanities, travel, tourism and leisure, engineering and engineering trades
  • Duration of mobility: 7 days (5 working days + 2 travel days)
  • Number of available mobilities: 7 mobilities for teaching/professional development Teaching (STA) or training (STT)
  • Mobility funding: mobility includes a grant paid by the partner university
  • Application deadline: October 17, 2023.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Fill out the online application form 
  • Send the necessary documentation (below) in one PDF file to the vice dean for international cooperation by the specified deadline.

  • The final decision on the acceptance of the candidate is made by the partner university

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

1. Work plan (Mobility Agreement) with a clearly developed activity plan, signed by the candidate and the dean, along with the proposed term of stay - must include ONLY the mobility period EXCLUDING travel days (forms available in the attachment)

2. CV (in Europass format) with list of publications

3. A letter of motivation, in which it is necessary to state:

  • Has the candidate previously used Erasmus+ mobility?
  • Benefit for future work in the institution
  • Method and form of dissemination of experience upon return to home institution

For mobility that involves teaching, knowledge of the English language at least B2 level or knowledge of the language of the country to which the candidate is going to is at least B2 level is mandatory.

4. Letter of invitation (this letter is optional, but contributes positively to the evaluation of the application) Candidates must contact the ECTS school/faculty they wish to apply for. 5. Report on previous mobility (500 characters with an attached photo) (if the candidate used mobility)

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Teaching or scientific and non-teaching staff can apply if they are employed full-time at the University of Montenegro at the time of application and during mobility.
  • The home faculty submits the candidates application to the International Relations and Mobility Office.
  • The duration of mobility specified in the competition cannot be shortened - late arrivals and early departures are not tolerated.
  • Candidates are obliged to inform the International Relations and Mobility Office if they give up mobility.
  • Candidates are obliged to, for the purpose of promoting the Erasmus+ program, submit a report on the realized mobility (500 characters with a photo) to the International Relations and Mobility Office, within 10 days after returning from the mobility.
