Competition for co-financing the tuition fees of 24 candidates for doctoral studies in the country and abroad

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports will co-finance tuition fees for 24 candidates enrolled in the first year of doctoral studies in the country and abroad in the 2020/2021 academic year and four in the field: natural-mathematical, technical-technological, medical, agricultural, social and human sciences, candidates who, as a rule, meet the following conditions:

to have an average grade of at least 9.00 in undergraduate studies, at least 9.00 in specialist studies and at least 9.00 in master's studies (social sciences and humanities), i.e. at least 8.50 in undergraduate studies, at least 8.50 in specialist studies and at least 8.50 in master's studies (other sciences);

  1. to have the recommendations of two professors;
  2. to possess knowledge of one world language;
  3. that they do not fully cover the costs of tuition from other sources (documented by a certified court statement); and
  4. that they are citizens of Montenegro.

Candidates will be co-financed with tuition fees of up to 1,000 euros.

If more candidates from one field of science apply with the same grade point average, i.e. success index, priority will be given to candidates who have a higher grade point average, i.e. success index and a larger number of published scientific papers.

The competition for these purposes is open until October 8, 2021.
