Preliminary ranking list of the candidates for enrollment to PhD study programme Sustainable Development, 2021/22.

Candidates who believe that the process of ranking was not conducted properly, have the right to submit a complaint to the Board for Doctoral Studies of the University of Montenegro, within the 48h since the ranking list is published. Complaints should be submitted to the address doktorskestudije@ucg.ac.me, with Subject "Complaint – enrollment to PhD study programme Sustainable Development". All candidates who gain the right to be enrolled and who own an educational document from abroad (diploma of master or integrated studies with 300 ECTS, that was not gained in Montenegro), has gained right to enroll on the conditional basis, until this diploma is acknowledged in Montenegro. According to the Law on the Recognition of Foreign Educational Credentials and Qualifications Equivalence (Montenegrin Bulletin, no. 57/2011 and 42/2016), Recognition of a credential (diploma), for the purpose of continuing education, shall be conducted by an expert body of a licensed higher education institution, in this case the University of Montenegro Therefore, it is necessary that such candidates should address the Center for Doctoral Studies for the recognition of a diploma, with the request and all necessary documents according to the abovementioned Law and Regulations on the content of the request form and necessary documents to be submitted in the process of recognition of a credential (Montenegrin Bulletin, no. 45/2016), at least three days after the final ranking list is published.
