SIA Free Educational Workshop "Generating Ideas"

The University of Montenegro invites all students to apply at (https://forms.gle/piTNec8nrhR8qbG66) and attend a free educational workshop, which will be organized on Tuesday, May 10th, by Ivan Šoć, one of the co-owners of the IT Company Kodio. It will be organized at the Faculty of Economics, in the Mediterranean Hall, starting at 12 noon.

 

To remind you, the Social Impact Award (SIA) is the largest European program to support social entrepreneurship of young people, launched in 2009 by the Impact Hub and the University of Economics and Business in Vienna, in partnership with the Erste Foundation.

 

In Montenegro this year, the program is implemented by the NGO Center for Youth Education, under the general auspices of Erste Bank, Investment and Development Fund, Kodio and the capital Podgorica, and our University provides support in the implementation of this project. This international program is intended for young people who want to develop social entrepreneurship in the country and the world, acquire knowledge and skills and network with the business community, in order to successfully implement their idea.

 

Three winning teams selected by the expert jury expect initial capital for the realization of the idea in the amount of 1,500 euros, as well as the opportunity to present the acquired knowledge and skills at the international SIA Summit, which is being held in Vienna this year. (Europe, Asia and Africa).

 

Applications for the program are open until May 31, and interested participants can submit their
