Prime Minister Duško Marković in open discussion with students




























Student Parliament of the University of Montenegro organized today, on occasion of Students’ Day, meeting with Prime Minister Duško Marković with students of the University of Montenegro, the University Mediterranean and the University Donja Gorica and the Faculty for National and European Studies. 

Prime Minister Duško Marković said that in conversation with students the Government plans to introduce new model of financing public higher education institutions, in which students of undergraduate and master studies will not pay scholarship. Prime Minister said that Montenegro in area of education and culture is already accorded with the European Union.

 “We create elite which has potential with its knowledge and wisdom to overpower the voices of populism and nationalism, threatening to bring disorders and instability.  I want together with you to build MNE which will be synonym for progress and innovations, prosperity and state attractive for living” – Marković said.

Speaking of strategic political topics the Prime Minister said, among others, that Montenegro has stepped into 21st century with two wise strategic decisions: to restore independence and to tie its future to EU and NATO integration.

“The most important thing for every social community is realistically estimate its place in the widest international mosaic” – Prime Minister said.
