COST Info day - opportunities for networking scientific teams and encouraging international scientific cooperation
Info day dedicated to the European program of cooperation in science - COST (Cooperation in Science and Technology), organized by the COST association, will be held on February 23, 2021, starting at 9.30 a.m. online (Zoom platform).
COST funds research networks (projects) called COST actions, open to all areas of science, to innovative ideas, partners (public and private, large and small) and researchers at all stages of their careers.
At the Info Day, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the role of COST in encouraging and disseminating excellence in research, as well as how to submit new COST actions, and networking opportunities with existing COST actions.
Since gaining full membership of our country in the COST association in May 2015, Montenegrin research teams have recognized numerous benefits offered by this program: financial support for participation in meetings organized within the actions (both travel costs and organization of meetings), short-term scientific visits, school training, conferences, as well as administrative support to the project institution.

Evaluation of the call for proposing new COST actions - participate as a COST expert, February 25, 2021.
A webinar to present the opportunities provided by COST, with special emphasis on the process of evaluation and selection of COST project proposals, will be held on February 25, 2021, starting at 10 a.m. online.
The call for new COST actions is continuously open and applications are collected several times a year. The deadline for submitting COST action proposals is October 29, 2021.
