Snežana Vujošević je rođena 5. 9. 1964. godine u Beogradu. Osnovnu školu i gimnaziju završila je u Titogradu. Nosilac je diploma "Luča" i "Luča I"             Školske 1983/84. godine upisala se na Elektrotehnički fakultet u Titogradu, smjer Energetika. Diplomirala je na istom Fakultetu 15.11.1987. godine, sa prosječnom ocjenom 9,25.
