Marijana Cerović was born in Nikšić, where she completed her primary and secondary school education. She graduated from the University of Montenegro with a degree in English and Italian language and literature. In 2002 she received her Master’s degree in English and Applied Linguistics from the University of Cambridge, Great Britain. On receiving the Dorothy Hodgkin Postgraduate Award, from 2007-2010 she attended a doctoral programme at the University of York in Great Britain (Communication studies programme), and in December 2010 she defended her PhD thesis entitled...
