Biography - Krkeljić Tatjana

I was born on 10th December 1973. in Belgrade, Serbia. Having finished high school „Slobodan Škerović“ as well as music school „Vasa Pavić“, I started my studies at Musical Academy in Podgorica choosing wind instruments-flute as my study program.

               I have made numerous Recitals at different festivals in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kragujevac, Bar, Kotor, Como (Italy), St.Petersburg (Russian Federation) etc.

               I have won the “19th December” National award of Montenegro  in 1993. as the most successful student of the Academy. A year later, in 1994., I graduated in class of professor Miodrag Azanjac with cumulative GPA of 9.64.

               After graduating I continued my studies at the Musical Academy in Cetinje in 1998. where I obtained my Master’s Degree in 2002. As a “Open society foundation” scholarship holder I completed a one year specialization in 2003 at “Doppler Music Institute” in Budapest (Hungary) in class of professor Janos Balint after which I won a scholarship provided by the Italian government for further studies in Como (Italy) where I was in class of professor Vincenzo Galla.

               In 1993. I started working as a flute professor in music school “Vasa Pavić” until 1999. when I became a professor at the Musical Academy of Cetinje where I have been working to this day. I’m teaching subjects as Historical Development of Wind Instruments, Methods of Teaching Wind Instruments.

I was Vice daean for Academic affaires since 2008 till 2010 and since 2016 till 2022 when I was  assigned to the position of dean.
