MESCS: Call for researchers to help improve the rules for competition procedures

The Council for Scientific Research of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports is preparing guidelines and recommendations in order to improve the Rulebook which regulates competition procedures related to the allocation of funds and support for scientific research projects.

The Ministry invites all researchers who have suggestions for improving the criteria, conditions and manner of ranking projects, when applying for the competition

The Ministry invites all researchers who have proposals to improve the criteria, conditions and manner of ranking projects, when applying for the competition (national grants, doctoral scholarships, bilateral projects, etc.), to submit them to the Council by September 15, 2021 to the following email: savjetnid@mpnks.gov.me.

Attached is the current Rulebook on the criteria for the appointment of experts and the procedure for evaluating scientific research programs and projects of general interest.
