Documentary: 50 years of the University of Montenegro

Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) broadcasted a documentary to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the University of Montenegro. The documentary explores the history, development, and contributions of the University in the fields of science, education, culture, arts, and its activities in international cooperation.

The editor of the program, Snežana Radusinović, interviewed several key figures for this documentary, including the Rector of the University of Montenegro, Prof. Dr. Vladimir Božović; the Chairperson of the University Board, Prof. Dr. Rajka Glušica; the Vice-Rector for Teaching, and the Vice-Rector for Science, Prof. Dr. Irena Orović; Prof. Dr. Veselin Mićanović; and the Vice-Rector for Internationalization, Prof. Dr. Sanja Peković, who provide insights into the current and future plans of the University.

Utilizing archival materials from RTCG and photographs from the UCG archive, the program shows how the University has adapted to rapid changes and taken an important position in the European higher education space.

This program offers an analytical review of the impact of the University of Montenegro over five decades of its existence, reflecting its academic achievements and strategic initiatives.
