About the role:

In November 2022 the University of Montenegro (UoM) became a full member of the ULYSSEUS European University Alliance (www.ulysseus.eu). ULYSSEUS Alliance aims at becoming a European university for the citizens of the future by promoting mobility, joint degrees, corporate traineeships, and by implementing international research and innovative projects of great impact.

ULYSSEUS network is one of European Universities alliances supported by the European Commission in an effort to make such networks universities of the future. The Alliance is coordinated by the University of Seville, in collaboration with the University of Genova (Italy), University Cote d’Azur (France), Technical University in Kosice (Slovakia), Management Centre Insbruck (Austria), Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland), the University of Munster (Germany) and University of Montenegro.

Within the new phase of ULYSSEUS, the University of Montenegro seeks the prospective applicants for the position of: ULYSSEUS PROJECT MANAGER.

Tasks

  • Providing assistance to academic and administrative staff when applying for international projects, especially EU funded projects;
  • Providing administrative and technical support, as well coordinating the preparation of ULYSSEUS project proposals;
  • Participating in the implementation of ULYSSEUS international project activities;
  • Participating in the organization and realization of project activities and events related to the ULYSSEUS projects;
  • Preparing project proposals on topics of importance for the ULYSSEUS network;
  • Maintaining a project database and informing ULYSSEUS coordinator on the progress of tasks’ implementation;
  • Other international project related activities.

Profile

  • Higher education in the amount of 240 ECTS credits (VII-1 education qualification level);
  • Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of other EU language is advantageous;
  • IT literacy;
  • Experience in realization of international projects;
  • Communication and organizational abilities, oriented towards an international cooperation;
