Within the period from 18 till 22 March 2024, representatives from three partner universities - University Foro Italico of Rome, the University of Warsaw, and the Technical University in Riga - visited UCG. Various topics related to international cooperation and mobility programs in higher education were discussed during meetings and presentations. This included discussions on expanding and strengthening cooperation, addressing challenges in international cooperation, and promoting support services for incoming and outgoing students.

As part of the visit, presentations were given to students from different faculties, including the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Philosophy, Philology, and the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education. These presentations allowed students to learn about the academic and extracurricular opportunities available at the partner universities. It also provided them with the chance to ask questions directly to the representatives and learn more about mobility opportunities for the upcoming semester.

The visiting mobilities also included training sessions for administrative staff involved in internationalization efforts. The focus was on topics such as the Blended Intensive Programme  and the use of the Erasmus Without Paper platform for administering Erasmus+ credit mobility. These sessions aimed to improve staff members proficiency in managing international mobility programs efficiently.

The visit of representatives from partner universities through the Erasmus+ mobility program was a valuable opportunity for UCG to enhance its international cooperation efforts, promote mobility opportunities for students, and improve administrative processes related to internationalization.
