KA 1: Learning Mobility (HEIs grants)
CALLS FOR PROPOSALS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS (HEIS)
Higher education institutions from EU Programme countries shall work and cooperate with Partner Countries institutions to organize International mobility for credit and Joint degree programmes.
■ Student mobility between Programme and Partner countries based on Іnter-Institutional Agreements
■ Joint Doctoral programmes and other opportunities for researchers
■ Staff mobility between Programme and Partner countries
Erasmus+ Learning Mobility: calls for proposals for institutions to apply are announced from October with deadline in February.
For International Credit Mobility Projects: all requirements are specified at the web-sites of 34 National Agencies in Programme Countries. Applicants should submit project proposals to their National Erasmus+ Agencies.
For Joint Master Degree projects: all requirements are specified at the EACEA web-site.

34 Programme Countries: 28 EU Memeber States; Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway; Turkey, North Macedonia, Serbia.
Over 150 Partner Countries: Eastern Partnership countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine (as recognized by International Law); Southern Mediterranean countries - Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia; Western Balkans - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia; Russian Federation - as recognized by the International Law; Central Asia: Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan; Latin America; South Africa; ACP Countries (Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific states); Industrialized Countries.
CREDIT MOBILITY
The cooperation between Higher Education Institutions of EU Programme Countries with Partner Countries will take place based on the Inter-Institutional Agreement. Detailed instructions are described in Erasmus+ Programme Guide Chapter Learning Mobility - Credit Mobility and specific call for proposals publications are available at NATIONAL ERASMUS+ AGENCIES (Erasmus+ Montenegro) web-sites.
