Call for Proposals for Multilateral Scientific and Technological Cooperation Projects in the Danube Region for the Period 2023-2025

On November 2, 2022, Montenegro joined the Program for Financing Multilateral Scientific and Technological Cooperation in the Danube Region, which resulted in the publication of the Call for Submission of Joint Proposals for Multilateral Scientific and Technological Cooperation Projects in the Danube Region for the period 2023-2025.

The Republic of Austria, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, the Republic of France, Montenegro, the Republic of Serbia and the Slovak Republic participate in the invitation.

The Call itself, which is open to all scientific disciplines and thematic areas including social sciences and humanities, aims to:

contribute to the improvement of scientific activity in the participating countries through financing the mobility of researchers within joint research projects;
contribute to the development of research capacities in the Danube region;
support the improvement of cross-border research cooperation;
provide an opportunity for young researchers in the participating countries to cooperate in an international environment and to develop a career in science;
facilitate joint participation in European research projects.

Registration is performed at the same time with the competent institutions of all the countries from which the project partners come. Project proposals that are not submitted in this way will not be considered.

Note: Experts will select a maximum of 3 top-ranked projects eligible for funding. Additional projects approved by the selection committee may include Montenegrin partners, but Montenegrin researchers will have to bear their own costs.
