International Day of Roma Marked
Students of the third year of Study Program for preschool education, on April 10th, marked World Day of Roma in facilities of the Faculty, together with children from the fourth grade of ES ,,Luka Simonović" (teacher Nataša Skakavac). Marking this important date was organized within the course: Methodical approach to learning through play and creativity (subject professor, Dean Tatjana Novović and Associate Marijana Blečić, MSc). The activity was carried out with the support of the UNESCO Chair for Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights.
After interactive workshop on topic: Tolerance, led by a co-worker, children had the opportunity to, with the support of students, use different materials and learn about the importance of promoting and nurturing diversity, as well as a tolerant approach.
