Based on the inter-institutional agreement for credit mobility concluded within the Erasmus+ program, the University of Montenegro announces a call for student mobility in the summer semester of the 2025/26 academic year.

Required Documentation (Undergraduate and Master’s Students):
- Transcript of grades and English translation of the transcript
- Copy of the latest diploma (if applicable)
- Certificate of enrollment and English translation of the certificate
- Proof of English proficiency and/or the language of instruction (minimum level B2)
- CV in Europass format
- Motivation letter in English. Master’s students applying for research/thesis writing must include their thesis topic and relevant information about their research.
- Short recommendation from the supervisor – only for Master’s students applying for research (thesis writing)
- Draft Learning Agreement – together with the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation, prepare a list of courses to be taken at the host university. The agreement is subject to changes, but an initial draft must be prepared at the time of application and signed/approved by the Vice-Dean. The Learning Agreement must be submitted for review no later than one week before the application deadline.

- Declaration on Participation in Mobility programs (Annex 1)
- Signed Declaration on Fewer Opportunities Status (if the student belongs to a vulnerable group) (Annex 2)

Important Notes
- Students can apply to a maximum of three universities during one semester.
- If a student decides to withdraw their application, they must notify the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility.
- If a student is accepted by more than one university, they must choose one option and inform the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility within 5 working days.
- At the application stage, translations of documents do not need to be certified by a court interpreter.
- According to Erasmus+ rules, students can spend a maximum of 12 months on mobility during the same study cycle.
- Priority in mobility calls is given to students with physical or psychosocial disabilities, severe and chronic conditions/illnesses, disadvantaged socio-economic status, students from rural areas, RAE population, and students with children.
- Undergraduate students can apply only after completing their first year of studies.
- Students can only apply for mobility at the study level in which they are currently enrolled. For example, students finishing the third (final) year of undergraduate studies cannot apply for the first semester of Master’s studies.
- After the deadline, each faculty prepares a ranking list of nominated students in line with the Rector’s Decision No. 01-1764/1 of March 14, 2024, on criteria for selecting students in mobility programs. The Selection Committee determines the final list of nominated candidates and sends it to the host university, which makes the final decision on acceptance.
- If the host university informs the candidate that they have been awarded a scholarship, the student must notify both the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation and the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility and proceed with the further application procedure provided by the host university (online application, submission of additional requested documents, etc.).
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
