Biography

Dragana Milošević was born on September 15, 1995, in Kotor. She attended elementary and high school in Herceg Novi, where she graduated in 2014 with a specialization in Economic Technician. She was awarded the "Luča" diploma.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor, studying Maritime Management with a specialization in Customs, Freight Forwarding, and Insurance, achieving grade "B" - 9.36. She completed her postgraduate specialist studies in the same program at the Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor with a grade of "A" (9.50). Her specialist thesis titled "Research and Projections of the Development of Marinas and Nautical Tourism in Montenegro" was defended in September 2018, with a grade of A. During her studies, she was a recipient of a scholarship from the municipality of Herceg Novi.
She enrolled in the postgraduate masters studies program, studying Maritime Management, in the academic year 2018/19, and successfully defended her masters thesis titled "Application of Business Strategies for Achieving Competitive Advantage of Marinas in Montenegro" in October 2021, earning the grade "A" and obtaining the title of Master of Maritime Management.
In the academic year 2021/22, she enrolled in the doctoral studies program within the study program of Maritime Management and Logistics.
She gained work experience at the Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor. In 2019, she underwent professional training at the Faculty. In December of the same year, she was appointed as a teaching associate - engaged part-time for the academic year 2019/20. Since September 2020, she has been appointed as a full-time teaching associate in the scientific field of Maritime Management.
She is the author and co-author of several scientific papers in the fields of Management and Marketing in Maritime Affairs. She has participated in international scientific conferences and training sessions. She is included as a project team member within the international projects Interreg IPA, Interreg Danube region, COST, and EUREKA. As a participant in the international staff mobility program, she has lectured and improved her skills at higher education institutions in Romania, Lithuania, and Latvia. She is a member of the Association of Women in Logistics and the NGO "Alumni Club of the Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor, University of Montenegro".
