Biography - Šturanović Petar

Petar Šturanović is an Assistant Professor at the University of Montenegro. He graduated from Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro in 2006 and obtained his MA at the same institution in 2010. He obtained his PhD from the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 2016. He is a Teaching Assistant at various subjects at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, where he has been employed since 2007. He participated on numerous conferences in the region. He is the author of various papers and a book on legislative competence of the assembly in parliamentary systems: Zakonodavna nadležnost skupštine u savremenom parlamentarnom sistemu, Službeni list Crne Gore, Podgorica, 2017. From the 2017/18, he teaches courses in General Theory of Law, European constituality and Parliamentarism and parliamentary law.
