BIOGRAPHY   Dragana Čarapić was born in Bijelo Polje in 1975. She finished the Elementary and Grammar School in Podgorica as the holder of a diploma “Luča”. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Montenegro in the department of the English language and literature. Dragana completed her Master’s studies in the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade in the department of linguistics with an average grade 9.50.
