Biography - Stanišić Milica

Milica Stanisic was born on March 11, 1990. in Niksic, where she finished primary and secundary school. In 2009/2010 year she started studies in Biology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Podgorica. She graduated 13.07.2013. year with an average grade of 9.90 and earned the title of Spec Sci Biology-Ecology. She gained the University of Montenegro Award for the best student of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics 2010/2011. year. She started on Master studies, department Biology - Ecology enrolledl 2013/2014 year at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Podgorica. Master thesis titled: "Taxonomic, ecological and phytogeographic analysis of the flora of Grahovsko polje" was defended on 14 November 2017 and gained the title of Msc Biology-Ecology. Since October 2018, she started with in PhD studies at the department of Biology at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics University of Montenegro.

Work experience:

Since 2016, she was working as an Teaching assistent at the Department of Biology, where she performs practical classes on subjects: Systematics and phylogeny of non-flowering plant, Systematics and phylogeny of flowering plants, Biogeography and Biocenology. At the Biotechnical Faculty, she is working in practical teaching on subjects of Botany and Organic Chemistry, and at the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology on the subject Organic Chemistry.
