PhD Milanko Damjanović, an engineer in the field of mechanical engineering, was born on 22nd March, 1971. in the Romač village situated in the municipality of Pljevlja, Montenegro. He completed a primary school in 1986. in Gradac, Pljevlja municipality. After that, he finished a secondary school, Natural–mathematics course – an occupation Assistant researcher in Mathematics, in 1990. in Pljevlja.
