Optimal solutions for students of the University of Montenegro

At the University of Montenegro, a meeting was held between the representatives of the Student Parliament of the University of Montenegro and the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, assoc. prof. Vesna Bratić, PhD and the Acting Rector of the University of Montenegro, full prof. Dr. Vladimir Božović. The reason for the meeting is the amendments to the Law on Higher Education, i.e. part of the changes concerning the student population.

Topics related to the new exam deadlines, enrollment policy at the University, status and rights of master's students, conditional enrollment of students in specialist studies, specifics in the implementation of rules in certain study programs, student loans and  the establishment of a student service at the University for finding part-time jobs for students of the University of Montenegro.

After a constructive discussion on each of these topics, it was concluded that optimal solutions will be sought for all issues for the benefit of students, in the given conditions.

The meeting was also attended by associates of Minister Bratić, Mr. Danilo Alagić and assoc. prof. Dijana Vučković, PhD, as well as vice-rectors of the University, full prof. Irena Orović, PhD, full prof. Sanja Peković, PhD and full prof. Veselin Mićanović, PhD.
