Workshop held within the framework of institutional certification of UoM in ethics, prevention of fraud and plagiarism

Within the institutional certification program of the University of Montenegro in the field of ethics, prevention of fraud and plagiarism, a three-day workshop was held with the University team.

The certification process is provided through the International Institute for Research and Action Against Academic Fraud and Plagiarism (IRAFPA) of the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and supported by the Council of Europe.

The workshop was led by experts from this institute: IRAFPA director Michel Bregada and expert Pierre-Jean Ben Gozy.

In working with the University's work team on specific issues in this field, experts estimated that a significant shift was made for a short period. They made recommendations for a further implementation process and activities for the purpose of certification.

The workshop was organized within the project "Strengthening Integrity and Fighting Corruption in Higher Education", which aims to strengthen integrity and fight corruption in the higher education system by applying preventive mechanisms based on the standards and practices of the Council of Europe.
