Submission of Applications for the Third Student Business Hub Programme from February 10 to 24
The Career Development Center of the University of Montenegro in cooperation with the company "Balance to Business" organizes the third "Student Business Hub", a free of charge educational programme for students of second and third year undergraduate, specialist, one-year or two-year master's studies at the University of Montenegro.
The program is intended for young people who want to actively work on improving their personal and professional skills and develop a clear vision of themselves, their future and their goals.
Through trainings and workshops within the "Student Business Hub", students will get to know and improve the most important practical skills of today, as preparation for their future business ventures. The program consists of training in three units, where students at the beginning get to know and recognize themselves more deeply, what they really want from their future and how they can achieve the defined goal ("Career Potential"); after that they will master practical skills that will enable them to reach exactly that goal and further personal progress, and in addition they will gain new knowledge that will prepare them for the business world ("Communication and dialogue to success", "Effective reception and giving feedback ”,“The concept of time”,“ Decision making and effective meetings”). In the end, they will round off what they have learned and have the opportunity to learn how to cope with all the challenges that the future may bring ("Young Leaders of the New Age").
During each training, special tools and practical exercises will be done, and in addition, each student will have the opportunity for two free individual coaching sessions during the program, in order to provide each student with a personalized approach and support.
In 2022, the program will include a total of 40 students, divided into two groups, 20 in one semester, and the first group of participants will have workshops and trainings in the period from March to May.
Trainings will be held in the premises of the Rectorate of UoM, where a group of students will meet with the lecturer six times during the semester, on weekends, lasting 6-8 hours. After completing the training, students will receive a certificate as a confirmation of a successfully completed program. Interested students can apply by submitting a CV form to the Career Center (katerirnicentar@ucg.ac.me) and answers to the following questions: What motivated you to apply to SBH? What do you expect from the program? If the number of registered students with similar qualifications is large, short interviews with registered candidates will be conducted.
