Opis : Osnovni cilj TEMPUS projekta ,,Razvoj pristupa ishoda učenja – put ka boljoj uporedivosti, priznavanju i zapošljivosti” - DEVCORE je definisanje ishoda učenja na studijskim programima svih univerziteta u Crnoj Gori. Ishodi učenja obuhvataju skup sposobnosti koje izražavaju ono što će studenti znati, razumjeti ili moći da rade nakon što se proces učenja završi. Ishodi se najčešće izražavaju kao znanje, vještine ili stavovi. Sva tri univerziteta u Crnoj Gori imaju svoje programe prilagođene bolonjskim principima, ali oni nemaju precizno definisane ishode učenja. To znači da poslodavci u Crnoj Gori ne mogu da prepoznaju koje kvalifikacije studenti imaju nakon diplomiranja, koje su znanje i vještine budući zaposleni stekli tokom studija. Postojeći dodatak diplomi ne sadrži dovoljno informacija o tome. Uvođenjem ishoda učenja na institucije visokog obrazovanja poboljšaće se kvalitet programa, a povećaće se i mobilnost radne snage. Projektom se planira izrada akcionog plana za uvođenje ishoda učenja na insitucije visokog obrazovanja u Crnoj Gori, obuka predavača i studenata za definisanje ishoda učenja, nastavak unapređenja saradnje između institucija visokog obrazovanja i tržišta rada.


The aim of the project is defining of learning outcomes at the study programmes of all the universities in Montenegro. Learning outcomes include a set of abilities which express what students will know, understand and be able to do after the learning process is completed. Learning outcomes are most frequently expressed as knowledge, skills and attitudes. All three universities in Montenegro have their programmes adapted to the Bologna principles, but they do not have precisely defined learning outcomes. This means that employers in Montenegro cannot recognize the qualifications which students obtain after graduation i.e. which knowledge and skills their future employees gained during their studies. The existing diploma supplement does not provide sufficient information on this. By introducing learning outcomes into higher education institutions the quality of programmes will be improved and work force mobility increased. The project envisages development of an action plan for introducing learning outcomes to higher education institutions in Montenegro, training of teachers and defining of learning outcomes, continued improvement of links between higher education institutions and the labor market.
