“Signing this Memorandum has special significance for me because it represents a bridge between the tradition this school has in supporting young talents and the future opportunities for them at the University of Montenegro. As a former student of this school, I feel an added professional and personal responsibility for the cooperation with this institution to be of high quality and substance,” Rector Božović said.
