Application for Fifth Student Business Hub for Two More Days

Career Development and Lifelong Learning Office of the University of Montenegro in cooperation with the company Balance to Business organizes fifth Student Business Hub, a free education program intended for students of final years of the University of Montenegro (third year of undergraduate studies, specialization, one-year and two-year master studies).

Program is intended to young people who are motivated to, through acquiring practical skills and competence, preparation for business ambient and world of business and also for the ones who wish to gain a clear vision on themselves, their future and goals.    

Student Business Hub program for the previous two years have been attended and successfully finalized by over 80 attendees, who are already recognized and achieve envious results in companies, enterprises and institutions where they work. Program is composed of three parts, where at the beginning, students get to know and recognize themselves more deeply, what they really want from their future and how they can achieve the defined goal ("Who am I today and who am I potentially"); after that, they will master practical skills that will enable them to reach that goal and further personal progress, and in addition, they will gain new knowledge that will save them for the business world ("Success through communication and dialogue", "Efficient receiving and giving feedback", "Concept of time", "Making decisions and more effective meetings"). At the very end, they will wrap up everything learned and have the opportunity to learn how to deal with all the challenges that the future may bring ("Young Leaders of the New Age"). 

Through two group couching programs and four trainings, youngsters are given the opportunity of acquiring practical skills necessary in modern times of business. Moreover, each student will have the opportunity for two free couching sessions during the program, in order to give them personalized approach and support.     

This semester, a group of fifth-generation students will attend workshops at the Sports and Cultural Center of the University of Montenegro, where they will meet with the lecturer six times during the upcoming semester, on Saturdays, for 6-8 hours. 

After completing the training, students will be given a certificate as a confirmation of the successful completion of the program.

Students who wish to apply for the fifth Student Business Hub must be students in their final year of study (third year of basic, specialist, one-year or two-year masters studies).

 Interested students apply by delivering CV template, cover letter and confirmation on studying (not older than 6 months) to e-mail address razvojkarijere@ucg.ac.me

If the number of registered students with similar qualifications is large, a short interview will be conducted with the registered candidates. Applications for the Student Business Hub program will be open until February 17th. More detailed information is in the newsletter (attached).
